Electrical Conductivity Measurement System
The Temperature Dependent Electrical Conductivity Measurement System is a fully computer-controlled research instrument designed for accurate electrical conductivity measurements of bulk pellets and thin-film samples from room temperature up to 600 °C under controlled atmosphere conditions. The system utilizes a precision four-probe DC measurement technique by SMU combined with programmable PID temperature control for highly reproducible conductivity measurements. The setup automatically performs temperature programming, electrical measurements, Ohmic contact verification, and data acquisition at a user-defined temperature profile. The instrument is suitable for thermoelectric materials, semiconductor characterisation, thin films, conductive polymers, functional materials, and energy materials research.
